Compuware Launches Cloud App Performance Community

Tag application performance provider Compuware (www.compuware.com) said Monday it has launched CloudSleuth (www.cloudsleuth.net), a community partner-driven tag that tracks the performance of the tag of ” federated infrastructure. ”

The free community is designed for both cloud service providers and consumers who are considering the construction or management of applications in the cloud.

CloudSleuth provides cloud computing resources and information, and real-time information on performance and the availability of cloud-based applications with measurements from around the world.

Partners play a crucial role in the collaboration and thought leadership in the community CloudSleuth.

The site offers members the opportunity to provide third party verification of the reliability of

services.

CloudSleuth initial partners include OpSource, CDNetworks, GoGrid, Internet Initiative Japan and Teklinks.

And providing performance monitoring software to ensure the technology works well, Compuware felt the need to provide visibility across the supply chain tag the entire application to ensure the quality of service management.

The company believes the community CloudSleuth for this reason, allowing a free exchange of information between suppliers and end users to learn about the offers of clouds and solve common problems.

The community also offers an additional incentive for companies implementing tag partner with Compuware, because it can provide greater visibility to their customers and prospects.

Besides blogs, forums and resources provided by partners CloudSleuth, the site has differnt applications to help companies build and manage tag

applications.

The site currently offers two applications. Global supplier network View uses Gomez to allow users to view real time how well the sample application performs over time from the perspective of end users worldwide.

Includes backbone nodes and the last mile pairs collection points around the world.

 

Cloud Performance Analyzer is a new application that allows users to explore the impact of services on the Web Cloud response times.

The application continuously monitors a sample of e-commerce applications integrated with third-party commercial services so that users can view real time how the services of third impact application performance from the perspective of end users around the world.
