Ensim Delivers Integrated Telecom App

Cooperative infrastructure and web hosting application firm, Ensim Company , with the BroadSoft firm, have embarked on a cooperative demonstration of a new unified communications solution based totally on Ensim’s Unify provisioning platform. David J Wippich, president and Manager of Ensim Company explained, “Creating a complete hosted UC solution presents a singular set of challenges thanks to the complexity of integrating multiple applications from multiple sellers in a unified and turnkey demeanour. Ensim Unify enables service suppliers to quickly, simply and cheaply launch and manage a hosted UC offering that combines up to the minute, self-management capacities with unequaled flexibility. The new solution, designed for automating the creation, activation and configuration of hosted IP, SaaS and application services, has been successfully utilized by Outsourcery Limited ( formerly Genesis Communications Limited ), a U.K.-based supplier of UC and hosted IT solutions, will be demonstrated at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Meeting 2009 in New Orleans.

By offering a total hosted UC solution on a per user, each month basis, SMBs obtain access to enterprise-level solutions without the necessity for pricey hardware or burdensome upkeep contracts.

The firms will host a demonstration of the UC solution during the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Meeting , July 13-16. The demo encompasses the following features.  Ensim Unify BroadWorks Executive gives service suppliers augmented capacities to automate provisioning and integrate with their existing Operational Support System ( OSS ) to quickly introduce, deliver, and manage VoIP services.

Ensim Unify Exchange Executive permits service suppliers and resellers to flexibly mix Exchange Server 2007 functions into a complete range of custom service plans. John Zanni, general executive of Worldwide Software And Services in the communications sector at Microsoft Company offered, “The world unified communications market is growing to be a $6 bn. market opportunity for service suppliers. The capability for industry partners like Ensim to supply a complete UC solution offers a real time experience for end users by integrating telephony and desktop applications without carrying costs of IT appliances and support.

This has been a major impetus behind the increasing demand for ‘UC as a Service’ UC provided ‘in the cloud’ by service suppliers.
