Focus of Parallels EMEA Partner Roadshow

Submitted by on 21 July, 2018 – 4:33 am

Server virtualization, automation and software supplier, Parallels, will conduct a seven-country partner roadshow targeting Parallels’ partners and other hosters, cloud services suppliers and ISVs. The EMEA Partner Roadshow will supply attendees with insights and best practices to employ applications and services in a hosted environment.

The roadshow will also provide practical examples of how hosters can use white-label reselling to make a moneymaking indirect sales channel with a wider portfolio of applications, while maintaining brand autonomy and customer commitment. Johan Vansimpsen, CTO and founder at Network Group Europe remarked, ”Network Group is using Parallels to balance an enhanced approach for delivering IT resellers the very best technology to ‘grow with the cloud’ from the start.

We have a commitment to delivering a significant hosted communications platform reseller solution and with Parallels, we are now ready to employ new services 5 times quicker, so logically we are expecting 5 times more cash. Parallels also permits Network Group systems integrators ( SIs ) and worth added resellers ( VARs ) a fast entry to market option that gives them the speediest road to purchasers who trust them to supply the most flexible software and services packages at the best price points. In this pay-as-you go approach, SMBs are afforded an easy-to-use low cost service.

An Apr 2009, study by IDC unearths that growth in the SaaS market will be robust in Europe despite – and in a number of cases due to – the feeble commercial conditions. The SaaS market will grow from 237 million in 2004 to 6,005 million in 2013 ( one ). From a number of fresh IDC studies, it is clear that SaaS has become accepted by the main line of user bodies around Europe. This will end up in continued powerful expansion, making SaaS a rising star in a particularly mostly depressed EU software market.

Dan Germain, CTO at Spiderweb Solutions remarked, ”Leveraging Parallels we managed to increase our average cash per user, employ new services quicker and reduce operating costs. It was imperative for us to find a supplier ready to correctly support white-label services at a modular and infrastructure level, so that our partners can resell Spiderweb services under their own brand. Parallels enables Cobweb to extend income from each consumer, both now and in the future. White-Label Reselling lets hosters delegate service plans to their clients to resell and supply a wider array of applications, without the extended price of infrastructure concerned in making and distributing the applications themselves.

White-label resale also offers an indirect sales channel and lets resellers maintain their unique brand autonomy, as well as maintaining customer loyalty.

With white-label website hosting, it is possible for anybody to run their own website hosting business, while they lease or buy the web server space and services from a longtime hosting supplier.

Resellers don’t have to take on the massive investment that make-up a website hosting service like servers, network connections, info center staff, server directors, server support technicians and web server software and system licenses. The 2009 Parallels Partner Roadshow will be happen in : Stockholm, September one ; Amsterdam, September three ; Warsaw, Sep seven ; Cologne, Sep 10 ; Paris, Sep fourteen ; Madrid, Sep seventeen and London, Sep twenty-one. Parallels is a worldwide leader in virtualization and automation software that optimizes computing for patrons, companies, and cloud services suppliers across all major hardware, operating systems, and virtualization platforms.

Set up in 1999, Parallels is a fast-growing company with over 650 employees in North America, Europe, and Asia.
