Gemballa Mistrale

Submitted by on 28 August, 2020 – 4:32 am

Hot on the heels of the 9ff-tuned Porsche Panamera comes more reports from arch-rival tuning house Gemballa on its own four-door custom creation. Called the Mistrale, Gemballa dropped some hints and footage merely a week gone, but has confirmed some of the luscious details that may set its version of Ferdinand’s family sedan apart. While Gemballa has not exposed the specifics of how it becomes power up ( apart from discussing a new exhaust ), it has commented output is up to 750 h.p., thus trumping the top-spec 9ff by a good hundred equines. The additional power is kept under control by 420mm discs up front, gripped by six-pot calipers, and 380mm with four-pot pistons in the back, sticking out from behind Gemballa’s own 22-inch forged alloys, and riding on a custom air suspension lowered by 40mm. And as we already know, the Mistrale comes with a bespoke aero kit with bits of carbon fiber all over and additional cooling for the engine and brakes.

The design of the GEMBALLA luxury limo is even more dynamic, more striking and noticeably more exclusive than its serial opposite number. For perfect surface quality and custom-fit processing of the just designed aerodynamics parts, GEMBALLA mainly uses the ultra light and high-strength material carbon. Part of the dynamic front look is a much more sporty front skirt.

Bigger air inlets guarantee the best supply with unpolluted air for future performance increases. An integrated carbon lip and a chicly formed bonnet with slotted ventilation ducts complete the lifting-force reducing front. A recently designed rear apron with integrated diffuser provides enough room for 4 end pipes of the game exhaust system and elegantly fits into the overall package. But not only design and aerodynamics are refined by GEMALLA.

Also the performance of the four-door vehicle is seriously improved. A just programmed air suspension module with extended setting range lowers the centre of gravity up to 40 millimetres. For especially bold clients, GEMBALLA offers a height-adjustable coilover suspension.

In association with the super-light 22-inch forged edges both versions render best auto control and also perfect road contact.

For fantastic deceleration values and perfect pedal control, GEMBALLA adds a high-performance brake system. 6-piston brake callipers with 420 millimetre brake discs at the front spindle and 4-piston brake callipers with 380 millimetre brake discs at the rear spindle replace the serial parts. GEMBALLA, the consultant for top of the range Porsche refinement and inventive engineer design plans further alterations , for example tough performance enhancements up to 750 hp for different serial engines. And also in the inside, owner Uwe Gemballa leaves his particular mark with an innovative design and unsurpassable quality as normal.
