Intermedia Passes 200,000 Premium Exchange Mailboxes

Submitted by on 3 January, 2022 – 4:32 am

Hosting over 200,000 premium Microsoft Exchange mailboxes, Intermedia has made public an indication of growing anticipation among the company’s consumer base of 11,000 little and medium-sized companies.

The 200,000+ total puts Intermedia ahead of all other Exchange hosting supplier. Serguei Sofinski, general manager at Intermedia remarked, ”It’s still too early to inform whether the economy is getting back on course.

Intermedia’s expansion implies that little and medium-sized companies aren’t standing by, waiting for the economy to turn around or the impulse to kick in. Our shoppers are hopeful about what the future holds they are taking concrete steps to boost their business.”. Intermedia’s fresh performance parallels trends in the tiny and medium-sized business climate:.

Higher than average numbers of accounts cut back the amount of mailboxes they use a mirrored image of staffing cuts implemented responding to the economy. This phenomenon chiseled off in Second-quarter 2009, signaling that many little and medium-sized companies are stabilizing operations.

Intermedia attributes the spike to growing entrepreneurial spirit among displaced employees.  Intermedia’s income and mailbox count continued to grow in Q1 2009, but the pace slowed to a level similar to that seen following the dot-com bust. In Second-quarter 2009, the rate of growth for new accounts increased more than 200 percent from the previous quarter.

The company attributes its consistent quarterly gains in part to its Exchange Concierge service that manages customers’ transition to Intermedia from other hosting suppliers or an in-house server.  Mr Sofinski added, ”We are keen about providing little and medium-sized companies with the same communications and collusion experience a Fortune five hundred company can supply its staff.

But we want to deliver our services in a way that is straightforward to line up, use and manage. That is the bar we set for ourselves and how we are able to best help our consumers put technology to work.”. Intermedia lately exhibited at the Microsoft World Partner Meeting ( WPC ) in New Orleans. Intermedia makes a speciality of providing enterprise-grade solutions thru its first class infrastructure and service to tiny and medium companies at a price they can afford.
