Lee Tech Redesigns Hosted Solutions’ Charlotte Facility

Center data technology provider Lee Technologies ( announced Thursday that it has been selected by managed hosting provider Hosted Solutions ( to manage and run the data center to build and re – design in Charlotte, North Carolina, data from Metro Center.

The update announcement follows more than $ 6 million the company for its data center in Boston earlier this year.

Expected completion in November, the data center project is a $ 7 million, the companies said.

Hosted Solutions is seeking to expand its 10,000 square feet of SAS 70 Type II certified facility by an additional 5,000 square feet to accommodate growth.

The company also needs to increase energy capacity and infrastructure mechanics of the new facility.

To meet these requirements of the project, Lee Technologies’ design and data center construction management team will employ their time-proven methodology and experience working in the most demanding mission critical facility environments.

Lee Technologies says the new design phase of the project has already made room for another 400 to 500 feet square space of the last of data center design.

Lee Technologies has commissioned power equipment for more than five million square feet of mission-critical space and currently maintains critical equipment that supports over 3 million square feet throughout the U.S., and provides operations, maintenance and mission-critical facility staffing services on the web for more than 700 U.S. locations.
