MD Web Hosting Acquired by Online Growth Solutions

Submitted by on 12 June, 2018 – 4:32 pm

MD Web Hosting is now part of the web Expansion Solutions Ltd group of corporations, alongside Netregistry, PlanetDomain, NETT Mag and Hostess. Saying the purchase today, Larry Bloch, Boss man on Online Expansion Solutions, recounted “We are excited to procure MD website hosting. As an accredited auDA Registrar, MD fortifies our strategic position in the Australian website name market building Online Expansion Solutions as the number 1 player in .AU before Melbourne IT.

In addition, MD’s enormous web hosting consumer base brings us nearer to the number 1 position in the web hosting market our next strategic goal.  “Current plans are for ‘business as usual’,” explained Bloch. “All staff will be continuing as ordinary, but we are going to be bringing MD’s off-shore outsourced IT and Purchaser Support services back to Australia.

These services will be supplied by our in-house award winning, Sydney-based IT and Shopper Service operation. Once complete, patrons will only ever deal with Australian based operators.”. The addition of MD’s web site name portfolio means Online Expansion Solutions now has over 23% of .AU names under management.

“Despite the Worldwide Fiscal Crisis, Online Expansion Solutions grew EBITDA by over 40% for the ’09 fiscal year”, continued Bloch. “Some of our competition are finding the current troublesome as the market searches for suppliers that offer true worth. We are seeing a robust drift of patrons from rivals who overcharge and under deliver, further validating our business model.”. Bloch exposed that OGS is continuing to look for further acquisitions, cementing its hold as Australia’s leading webhost and domain registrar. “If you have thousands of domain and hosting customers, I want to hear from you,” asserts Bloch.
