Parallels Automation Supports Microsoft’s Unified Communications Suite
According to the announcement of Parallels Wednesday, Microsoft Office Communications Server can support service providers to offer a broader set of collaborative functions such as instant messaging, presence, real-time conferencing and collaboration, all of which can increase revenue per user, while lowering development costs and ensure that these solutions to market faster.

Designed specifically for the needs of service providers in the cloud, Parallels Automation provides a complete automation platform to end, enabling the delivery of the full range of hosted applications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Exchange Server, Windows SharePoint Services, Microsoft Office Communications Server and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Parallels Automation automates the creation of the account of Office Communications Server and deleting accounts, as well as up-selling, provisioning and billing process. It also allows service providers to create Microsoft Office Communications Server service templates to create multiple service levels with different service attributes.
