Parallels Automation Supports Microsoft’s Unified Communications Suite

In a society that will provide end users experience seamless unified communications, automation and virtualization provider Parallels (www.parallels.com) has added Microsoft Office Communications Server R2 (www.microsoft.com / communicationsserver) to provide its Parallels Automation, computers provide full integration of unified communications solution for small and medium enterprises.

According to the announcement of Parallels Wednesday, Microsoft Office Communications Server can support service providers to offer a broader set of collaborative functions such as instant messaging, presence, real-time conferencing and collaboration, all of which can increase revenue per user, while lowering development costs and ensure that these solutions to market faster.

“By offering Microsoft’s unified communications software in a hosted environment, service providers can offer enterprise-class collaboration features at an affordable price for SMEs” communications sector of Microsoft software worldwide as well as Services CEO John Zanni, said in a statement. “Parallels allows automatic delivery of Office Communications Server in a hosted environment, which can increase services to cloud providers average revenue per user, reduce costs and decrease time to market.”

Designed specifically for the needs of service providers in the cloud, Parallels Automation provides a complete automation platform to end, enabling the delivery of the full range of hosted applications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Exchange Server, Windows SharePoint Services, Microsoft Office Communications Server and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Parallels Automation automates the creation of the account of Office Communications Server and deleting accounts, as well as up-selling, provisioning and billing process. It also allows service providers to create Microsoft Office Communications Server service templates to create multiple service levels with different service attributes.

Parallels Service Provider division president, said Jack Zubarev Parallels Automation supports Microsoft’s vision for unified communications. “Microsoft Office Communications Server helps employees collaborate and work more efficiently and be more agile in today’s competitive business environment,” Zubarev said in a statement. “In today’s economy, service providers can help their customers take advantage of Office Communications Server to improve productivity, reduce costs and deliver the benefits of unified communications to its employees, partners and customers.”
