Peak 10 Named Finalist for Three National Stevie Awards
Known as the Oscars of the business world, the Stevie Awards has announced that managed services provider Peak 10 (www.peak10.com) has been named a finalist for frontline Customer Service Team of the Year, and two employees made the list of the individual categories of Customer Service Manager of the Year and Customer Service Manager of the Year.
The Stevie Awards organization several business awards in the world, including programs such as the prestigious American Business Awards. According to its announcement Wednesday, maximum of 10 was selected from over 500 entries of organizations of all sizes and in virtually all sectors.
Peak 10, senior vice president of service delivery, Dan Wixon, a finalist in the Customer Service Leader of the Year category. Jeffrey Brooks, senior manager support peak 10, a finalist in the Customer Service Manager of the Year category and, finally, Peak 10’s support team is named a finalist in the front line Customer Service Team of the Year category .
“Because we place such high priority on providing impeccable service to our customers, we are very pleased that our support team has been nationally recognized for their outstanding work,” peak 10 President and Chief Executive Officer David Jones said in a statement.
Stevie award finalists were chosen by business professionals worldwide during preliminary hearing, and the winners will be announced at a gala banquet on Monday, February 22nd at the Eden Roc Renaissance Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida. Nomination of customer service and sales executives in the U.S. and around the world are expected to attend.
Stevie Awards president Michael Gallagher, said making the list of Sales and Customer Service category is a major achievement. “This means that independent business executives have agreed that the nominee is worthy of international recognition,” Gallagher said in a statement. “We congratulate all the finalists for their achievements and wish them success in the competition.”
