R1Soft to Show Advances in Continuous Data Protection Technology at HostingCon 2009
R1Soft, the big supplier of Constant Info Protection for Windows and Linux, will showcase the newest advances in its CDP backup technology at the week after next’s HostingCon 2009 meeting, taking place at the Gaylord Countrywide Resort and Convention Center in Washington, D.C.

During HostingCon, Wartell will lead a meeting session entitled “New Advances in Constant Info Protection Technology.”
The session will debate a number of new features in CDP, including file and folder excludes, on-disk journaling, Storing Disk-Based Backups Anywhere ( NAS, Windows shares, Cloud Storage and others ), more user-friendly interfaces, detailed statistic reporting, and more. Wartell will also touch on the way in which the new advances in CDP technology can turbo-charge earnings and productiveness in info center environments.
The company will also showcase its newest product, Single Server, which offers high-performance CDP backups on a single server, without the requirement of a dedicated backup server. A pre-release version of the new Single Server Edition will be available before the end of the year.
