Security Firm Commtouch CEO to Retire, Names COO as Successor
Messaging and web security provider company Commtouch (www.commtouch.com) announced on Tuesday that the CEO and chairman of Gideon Mantel will retire on January 1, 2011.
current official Ido Hadari operations will succeed as CEO of Mantel, and Lior Samuelson, a director of Commtouch, will take over as chairman.
Mantel co-founded the company almost twenty years. He served as director general of the last 13 years and president for the past four years.

Hadari joined Commtouch in 2008 as vice president of international sales and business development.
He was promoted in November 2009 to director of operations.
Samuelson will be named chairman after his expected re-election as director at the next annual shareholders meeting.
During his long career, Samuelson served as president, CEO and board member of several companies in technology, telecommunications, financial services and management consulting.
It is co-founder and partner of Mercator Capital Research Planning Analysis Corporation.
