StrataScale Names Rackspace Exec to Marketing VP

StrataScale hosting provider ( said Tuesday it has appointed former executive Dave Geada Rackspace as vice president of marketing.

The announcement follows the appointment of Denoid Tucker StrataScale to vice president of technology in June.

With over 15 years of experience under his belt, Geada be responsible for establishing and implementing the strategic direction of global marketing StrataScale Offers managed hosting services.

Geada initially began at Rackspace Managed Hosting as the marketing manager of the company, a paper that helped the company define your company go to market strategy.

He then served as marketing director of Rackspace and demand analysis, where he conducted market research and analysis company in demand.

Prior to joining Rackspace in 2005, Geada as senior manager of product marketing for VeriSign, where he led global sales of domain names for consumers and small business markets in the window of VeriSign retail.

Geada also served as business manager for Computer Associates.

“Dave knows this industry inside and out and has an outstanding record of growing revenues of the market leaders,” says Yatish Mishra, founder and chief technology officer StrataScale. “His deep knowledge of StrataScale supply, their vision for the future and its ability to execute make him the perfect choice to lead our marketing initiatives.”
