Technology Capital Investors Acquires Web Host Avazpour
Managed hosting and cloud Avazpour solutions provider Network Services (www.avazpour-it.com) announced Wednesday that it has been acquired by investment firm Capital Investors Technology (http://www.techcapinvestors.com).
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
This measure expands the geographic presence of the TCI in the Midwest, while giving Avazpour the capital and resources to grow your business and expand its portfolio of service offerings.
Company founder Jim Avazpour will retain his position as president of the company.

TCI is an investment firm in New York, which manages and invests in IT outsourcing and cloud computing.

As part of the acquisition, Avazpour and their clients are able to leverage external IT a variety of resources.

Headquartered in Kansas City since 1997, Avazpour offers data protection services, cloud computing and managed hosting for businesses across the region and nationally.
In the coming months Avazpour launch new capabilities and services it can offer to customers.
Avazpour is also working with TCI to help the company identify other managed service providers in the region that meet its standards.
