Telx Improves Customer Portal

Data center operator Telx ( announced Monday it has launched its enhanced customer portal based on Web.

The decision comes two weeks after Telx almost doubled the footprint of your data center with the installation of 111 8th Avenue, New York.

The redesigned site allows placement, interconnection, Internet exchange, dedicated Internet access and Ethernet users and manage Exchange services very detailed inventory of view of their space, power, connectivity and bandwidth.

Telx says the website helps customers to simplify their operations, improve inventory management and access to an online marketplace to help drive revenue growth.

Improved capabilities enable customers to closely monitor data center assets and respond quickly to market needs in an online system.

The new portal offers customers the ability to safely interact, collaborate and explore opportunities for collaboration through the customer’s line Telx Business Exchange.

Telx CBX view allows customers to service providers and their services while promoting safe interaction among users across 15 locations of the company.

Other new features include access to real-time reporting, inventory management space, power and connectivity of the location, Ethernet Exchange where customers can check the Internet connectivity information on statistics and information in court, and IX management where users can view and control interconnection resources, analytical sFlow, port management and contact management interface.

“Our new customer portal gives all users who need quick and easy to manage and change their services and secure network with other clients in 15 places,” says Brad Hokamp, director of Telx marketing. “In addition to the ability of a new portal to manage your service, customers wanted to have visibility to all other providers and services offered in the centers strategic Telx.
