Zipservers Opens London Data Center

Managed hosting provied Zipservers (www.zipservers.com) said Tuesday it has expanded internationally with the opening of its Central London, United Kingdom data.

The new London data center provides customers with managed dedicated and VPS services with geographic redundancy, improved performance and more than 12Gbps connectivity.

This marks the fourth data center for the company, bringing its three national data centers in Dallas, Washington DC and Seattle.

The London data center with up to 20 kW per rack, supported by the redundancy N 1 in the generators, transformers and UPS systems.

The new facility complies with ISO 9001:2000, which examines quality processes for data center operations and provides direct connections to local and major Tier 1 providers looking European exchanges.

“Our customer base is diverse, so it is essential that services that meet their needs,” says Charles Nix, vice president of technology for ZipServers. “We are very excited about this integration, customers with end users in Europe can now enjoy our level of support achieved a new level of geographic redundancy.”

ZipServers provides managed hosting solutions for small and medium enterprises.

Offers a wide range of services including VPS, dedicated servers, cloud storage, cloud hosting, shared web hosting, adult hosting, game servers, location and e-commerce.
