Future of Cloud Delivery is automation
Parallels CEO Serguei Beloussov today outlined the future of Cloud services, to announce the release of Parallels Automation 5.0 (PA5.0) in his opening presentation at HostingCon 2010.
The announcement introduced key new features in Parallels Automation 5.0, including support for the delivery of Microsoft Exchange 2010, Unified Communications with Office Communications Server 2007 R2 service, improved distribution capabilities of clouds, customers on the integration of guide-premise, as well as over 100 other functions.
“With the competition to attract small businesses to the cloud of heating, service providers need to offer profitable services Cloud in the market at a growing pace,” said Serguei Beloussov, CEO and President of Parallels. “Adding Microsoft Exchange 2010, Office Communications Server and the integration of phone customers Parallels Automation 5.0 enables service providers to increase ARPU, reduce operating costs and attract new customers.”

This version of Parallels Automation 5.0 also significantly enhances the capabilities of Open-Xchange services based on business class email provides an additional source of revenue for service providers.

The release of PA5.0 also includes Parallels Business Automation 5.0 (PBA), with PCI DSS certified payment applications. This simplifies PCI audits for service providers that require compliance with PCI DSS.
