Submitted by on 20 September, 2021 – 4:32 am

The virtualization software and cloud infrastructure provider VMware (www.vmware.com) has announced the first in a series of technology partnerships with Google (www.google.com) for software developers to build business more efficiently, deploy and manage applications in a cloud environment – and on any device.

Announced on Thursday SpringOne 2GX developer conference, collaborative projects that are available in the next two weeks include spring Roo and Google Web Toolkit, Google penetration rate spring and Tracking & SpringSource Tool Suite and the Google plugin for Eclipse . The implementation of these projects represents the first step in a series of technology partnerships to improve the portability of tag through the clouds and devices.

“Together, Google and VMware enable companies to develop and deploy rich Java Spring through the clouds and devices.” Said implementation of VMware’s senior vice president of the division of Rod Johnson in a statement. “Today we reached an important milestone in these modern applications can run smoothly on the firewalls production center of an enterprise database or in the cloud environment of a trusted provider.”

In SpringOne 2GX in Chicago, VMware has demonstrated the ability to deploy a SQL based application on Google App Engine spring for business.

According to VMware, the next collaborative projects will focus on even broader support of mobile applications and access data in the cloud.

“Developers are looking for faster ways to build and run large web applications, and companies want platforms that are open and flexible,” said Google vice platform developer Vic Gundotra in a statement. “By spring implementations of Java on Google App Engine with Google Web Toolkit generally available, developers can deploy Java applications in production environments of their choice while leveraging rich front-end web through multiple devices.

Collaborative projects will be made available within the next two weeks.

Spring Roo and Google Web Toolkit combines a tool for rapid application development and power of GWT, which allows developers to use a production company to build rich applications that take advantage of technologies like AJAX and HTML 5.

Spring Insight Google offers speed and tracer from end to end, holistic view of Web application performance to help optimize and improve end user experience.

Finally, the SpringSource Tool Suite and the Google plugin for Eclipse provides new tools – previously only available for building desktop and server solutions – in the hands of building Web applications, making it easier for developers to build and support large-scale, Web-based enterprise applications.

The projects will be made available for download through a special web page Google Code, and people can register to be alerted when the launches are usually available.
